WHY IT WORKS!

As you know, we live in a time of lay-offs, COBRA expirations and Insurance Plan changes.Many companies monthly dental premiums continue to go up, while the benefits keep going down.Many of our patients are either without any dental plan, or are unhappy with their current employer offered or self-purchased dental insurance plan.Dr. Dina's Discount Dental Plan will enable you to receive the dental care that you need and want, and at the same time comfortably fit it in your monthly budget.

You will discover that, when compared with traditional dental insurance plans, our program is more friendly and has eliminated the costly "Middle-Man" also known as the insurance claims adjuster.

What does all this mean? It means that you receive the care that you want when you want it. No more waiting up to 90 days for "special approval". It means that your dental work is between you and your dentist. No more "non-doctor" insurance adjuster deciding what type of dentistry you can and can't have. No more "lost claims", no more forms to fill out.

It means you are in complete control over your dental care, and the treatments YOU choose. Dr. Dina and her staff are here to help you get the care that you want and need, not what some accountant says you CAN have.

HOW IT WORKS

Dr. Dina's Discount Dental Program is a one year contract, offering you many of the benefits of a traditional insurance plan, at a fraction of the cost. The plan automatically renews each year, unless notice of cancellation is given at least 30 days prior to your renewal date. Think of joining a gym or a country club. Program members pay a monthly fee in return for discounted dental services according to our private dental fee schedule.

There is a singles plan, a couples plan and a family plan. Each month the membership fee is automatically charged to a credit or debit card (Visa/Mastercard/Discover). The program is administered directly by our office, so there is never a reason for you to spend hours on hold waiting for an insurance adjuster to pick up the line. Simply call our office with any questions.

Membership Fees
Single/Individual Plan $41/month
Couples Plan $61/month
Family Plan* $81/month

• Each program member receives 2 Exams and basic Prophylaxis per year (12 month period).
• 4 Bitewing X-rays per year plus 1 Panoramic X-ray every 3 years.
• Fluoride treatment for children up to age 16.
• Any x-rays needed to diagnose or treat problems or concerns and all X-rays taken during the course of any additional procedures such as Root Canal Therapy or crowns.
• No Annual Maximums or Allowances. You can NEVER run out of benefits!
• A discount of up to 50% on all other dental treatments.**
